Welcome to ART V2.0.
I have taken the successful ART program and made it more effective, easier to follow and even better.
There is now an ART app, new workouts, new recipes, better support and improved accountability, which means you’ll get better results.
In this home-based version of the program workouts, you will need either some resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells, bodyweight alone won’t be sufficient. They will be 3 training phases, each phase lasting 4 weeks and if at any time you can’t do a particular exercise a suitable alternative can be provided.
You will also have the option to swap at any time from the home version to the gym version if desired or your situation requires.
Please allow a minimum of 5 days from the point of purchase to the date you wish to start the program in order to read and digest all the information in the guidance handbooks and complete the start-up tasks required. After this 5 day period, you may start at any time that is convenient for you.
Upon sign up based on your goals and the information provided you will be set your target starting calories and macros. Review assessments will be taken every 2 weeks in order to monitor progress and make relevant changes to your plan to keep you on track.
At no point will you be alone on this journey, I will be with you every step of the way.
